Properties and uses:
Japanese Privet is a nice-looking, fast-growing shrub. The fragrant, white flowers bloom in clusters, from July throughout summer. Japanese Privet responds well to pruning and is mainly used in evergreen or mixed hedges. Birds like making their nest in this bushy shrub. The leaves on the spring shoots are generally red in colour.
