Soil Type: All types of limestone, well-drained soils
Hardiness: Hardy to -15°C
Exposure: Full sun
Propagation mode: grafting on Vitis vinifera

Properties and uses:
This famous grape vine ‘Chasselas rosé’, produces small, juicy, and tasty, golden-yellow to pink grapes, ready to be harvested from August to the end of September.
It is a self-fertile variety with a high yield, which mainly thrives in hot and sunny spots.

Description of the fruit:
Middle-sized, elongated grapes with pink – almost golden-yellow - fruits.
Juicy, sweet, and flavoured pulp, thin skin.

Our advice:
It can be planted all year round and must be pruned at the beginning of winter to eliminate the shoots that bore fruit during the season.
Do not hesitate to cut off some leaves during the summer, to encourage the fruit production.

Plant them now: the shortest way to your plate is through your garden!
