Characteristics and Uses:
The red fruits remain throughout winter. They are very decorative as are theshiny green leaves. Fruits abundantly. Perfect within a hedge, flowerbed or planted alone, it is very suitable for all sizes of garden. It can also be grown in a container and trained into shape such as into standards. Commonly used by florists. Holly requires male and female plants for fruits to be produced. Only females produce fruit.
