Characteristics and Uses:
Mint of any variety is appreciated in infusions. Its leaves have a characteristic scent that will spread through your garden in the spring. In the mint family, there are numerous varieties, creating numerous scents. All mints have aromatic and digestive properties. The leaves whether dried or fresh will be used to flavour drinks and fruit salads. It can be planted in an aromatic herb garden or even to add perfume to your herbaceous borders. Mints are also suited to be planted in tubs, on patios and balconies.
