Rose Jam

Rose Jam: Its taste will attract the more curious amongst you. Its color and gentleness make a jam that is well appreciated. Rose jam is usually eaten at tea time, spooned onto biscuits or as the topping for a yogurt based cake. Don't hesitate to embellish it by adding fresh or crystallised rose petals.

– natural rose essence
- Sugar
- Gelling Agent: fruit pectin
- Acidifier: concentrated lemon juice


Made with 0.6 g of dried rose petals
Total sugar content: 61 g
